I try to promote exercise to everyone. Not only is it mandatory for overall health, but also for mental health! I’d like to show you that you don’t need expensive gyms nor do you need a lot of time. HIIT for fat loss can be accomplished in the comfort of your own home and in under 30 minutes.

I suggest HIIT workouts up to 3 times per week. Because of the intensity of the workouts, a rest day after each session is recommended.
